These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bromeliaswimwear.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Bromelia Swimwear LLC, a California limited liability company (“Bromelia Swimwear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Bromelia Swimwear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Use of the Site
Products sold on the Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Site or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated, if payment is not received, or if required by law or court order.
Products & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Colors and appearance may vary based on device display. If a product purchased directly from Bromelia Swimwear is materially different from its description, your sole remedy is an exchange or return in accordance with our Return Policy.
Orders & Registration
To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information. You agree that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete. Bromelia Swimwear is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be authorized and approved before an order is processed. Bromelia Swimwear does not store full credit card information. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or taxes, which are not included in the purchase price. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges once the shipment leaves our facilities.
Refusal to pay customs fees or abandonment of an international shipment does not qualify as a return or refund.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes:
- Have no cash value
- May expire or be modified at any time
- May not be duplicated, sold, transferred, or combined unless expressly stated
- Are limited to one per order unless otherwise specified
- May include minimum purchase requirements (excluding taxes and shipping)
Bromelia Swimwear reserves the right to cancel or refuse promotional codes used improperly.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key highlights:
- Free exchanges within 30 days (domestic)
- Returns accepted within 14 days (domestic)
- $10 fee for return labels (or free if Return Shipping Protection is purchased)
- Exchanges ship free
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygienic liners intact
- Items discounted 50% off or more and gift cards are final sale
- International sales are final
