All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our easy returns / exchange portal. Returns or exchanges initiated outside this process may be refused.

U.S. Eligibility & Timeframes

• Returns: must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the original order date
• Exchanges/Store Credits: must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original order date

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for purchases made directly on bromeliaswimwear.com. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.

To be eligible, returned items must:

• Be shipped back within the applicable return or exchange window
• Be in original, undamaged packaging
• Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage or odor
• Have all original tags and hygienic liner fully attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Optional Free Return Shipping

At checkout, you may choose to add an optional Return Shipping Protection for eligible items by paying a small fee. If this option is selected at the time of purchase, return shipping costs are fully covered for that order, with no additional charge when you send your item(s) back.

If you do not select this option at checkout, return shipping fees may apply at the rates in effect at the time your return is initiated.

This optional service does not override or alter our standard store policies. Final sale items, discounted items (50% off or more), gift cards, and other exclusions remain non-returnable, regardless of whether Return Shipping Protection was purchased.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Items discounted 50% off or more
• Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges must be initiated through our Easy Exchanges Portal within 30 days of the original order date.

We provide one complimentary return shipping label per order for exchanges. Additional exchange shipments may incur shipping charges.

Returns

Returns must be initiated through our Easy Returns Portal within 14 days of the original order date.

Prepaid return label provided by Bromelia ($10 deducted from refund)

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, gift cards, store credit, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to customerservice@bromeliaswimwear.com within 72 hours of delivery, along with supporting documentation.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim refusal.

International Returns

All international sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for international orders.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase on bromeliaswimwear.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full.
