Are exchanges free?

Yes. We provide one free return shipping label for exchanges on eligible U.S. orders.

How do I start an exchange or return?

All exchanges and returns must be initiated through our portal: Start your easy return or exchange here. Returns or exchanges started outside this process may not be accepted.

What is your U.S. exchange and return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for purchases made directly on bromeliaswimwear.com. Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller.

• Exchanges: accepted within 30 days of the original order date
• Returns: accepted within 14 days of the original order date

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags and hygienic liners (where applicable).

How do I get free returns?

At checkout, you may add optional Return Shipping Protection for $1.98. If selected, return shipping is covered at no additional cost. If not selected, return shipping fees are $10.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

Yes, except:

• Items discounted 50% off or more
• Gift cards

These items are final sale.

What is your exchange or return policy outside the U.S.?

All international sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

How quickly do you ship?

Orders ship within 1–4 business days after payment has cleared, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), for both standard and expedited shipping. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

• Orders over $100: free standard shipping via USPS
• Orders under $100: USPS rates calculated at checkout
• International or expedited shipping: available at an additional cost

Yes. Most Bromelia swimsuits are made with UPF 50+ protective fabric.

For best results and longevity:
