SHIPPING+RETURNS

Your order will ship within 1 business day after payment clears. We ship domestically in the U.S. with USPS & Internationally with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We use only secure forms of payment to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Paypal & Apple Pay. Orders cannot be shipped Cash on Delivery [COD] or Check.

WE OFFER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 21 DAYS OF SHIPPING.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately by email at info@bromeliaswimwear.comBromelia happily accepts exchanges & returns, within 21 days of shipping. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be (1) shipped before the 21-day grace period; (2) in the original, undamaged packaging; (3) not worn; (4) not altered; (5) not washed; (6) nor damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return. 

Items discounted 50% Off or more are FINAL SALE.

You can opt to return the package in 2 ways: 1- Receiving a return label directly from us at a cost of $6 debited from your original purchase or 2- Mail the package back on your own. Either way, please begin the process through our easy returns.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send a notification by email that the item has been received and whether or not it has been approved for a full refund. If the item is approved, a credit will be processed and should appear back on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges [if any], gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Bromelia is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather, natural disaster or pandemic. Bromelia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Bromelia’s sole discretion.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Shipping costs are based on customer's location and package weight and will be sent via USPS First Class Service or FedEx

THE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE TAX AND DUTIES. IF YOU CHOOSE INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT recommended:

All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and can be pre-paid with your purchase. Choosing this option will determine your final cost to have all products arrive at their final destination country without extra charges upon arrival. All duties and taxes are set by the destination country and not by bromeliaswimwear.com.

For all DDU (delivery duty unpaid) countries, duties and taxes are not calculated at checkout. You might be contacted by customs once your order has arrived to settle any additional charges in order for the package to be released.

HOW TO ORDER WITH FEDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Then start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed by FedEx. You'll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. If you don't see your country listed, FedEx doesn't currently ship to that destination.

CHECK ORDER STATUS

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. To check the status of an international order, you may contact us here or look up the tracking number at FedEx.com.

PAYMENT METHODS + EXCHANGE RATES

Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during Checkout. Apple Pay and Paypal do not support FedEx shipping and pre-paid duties and taxes. Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by FedEx and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for bromeliaswimwear.com are updated by FedEx daily.

DUTIES + TAXES

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that FedEx supports. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes, and vat will vary by country and are non-refundable.

FEDEX INTL SHIPPING OPTIONS

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by FedEx based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method, and your shipping destination. We offer Economy and Priority shipping options. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. FedEx can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. Once your transaction is complete, see a shipping range specific to your destination in checkout. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Bromelia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by USPS or FedEx Tracking. The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number is provided and we will do our best to assist you. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, retain all documentation/packaging and contact customer service immediately by email at info@bromeliaswimwear.com.
