Order Processing & Payment Authorization

Orders are processed after payment authorization and clearance and ship within 1–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

By completing a purchase, the customer authorizes full payment at checkout and agrees to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

We accept secure payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) and check payments are not accepted.


U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS
  • Orders under $100 incur USPS/UPS shipping charges calculated at checkout
  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost

Once payment has cleared and the order has processed, orders ship within 1–4 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, service interruptions, or delivery exceptions are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.


International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight and are shipped via UPS.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Orders cannot be split across multiple international addresses; separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

International customers are solely responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, and VAT. These charges are not prepaid at checkout and vary by country.

Refusal to pay customs fees or abandonment of a shipment does not constitute a return and is not eligible for a refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Carrier-Confirmed Deliveries

Bromelia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by USPS or UPS tracking.

Carrier-confirmed delivery constitutes successful fulfillment of the order. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. Bromelia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or replacement in these cases.


Force Majeure

Bromelia is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, carrier delays, or governmental actions.
